Update: no more vegan options! - Edit
We cycled over here hoping to get a vegan burger or bread with hummus but Posthuys no longer has these options on the menu. Had to settle for some fries with (surprisingly) vegan mayonaise.

Vegan in the middle of nowhere - Edit
On Vlieland you can even find vegan food in a restaurant that is probably the most remote in the Netherlands! Even though there was no oatmilk, they had multiple vegan options I could choose from for lunch. The burger was delicious
