Confectionery shop “Suma” is a small workshop making made-in-house pastries, sweets and juice, some of which is vegan and possibly others that could be made vegan upon request. Uses locally grown ingredients for the products, including wild fruits, spices and herbs that grow freely in nature. Offers coffee, pastries made with wild raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, acorn flour. Try the wild blueberry wine or a cold elder tree juice with wild lemon balm. Ingredients are combined with high quality Callebaut chocolate, while sugar is used minimally and substituted whenever possible.
