So many options! - Edit
This spot has a lot of mix-and-match vegan options. You can create your own or use one of their “templates” - they have a Mexican menu and a Mediterranean menu. They also had a vegan ice cream option and sides such as fries, chips, pita chips, salads, etc.

Cool place in a town where you would not expect it. The owner is friendly and willing to make vegan treats if you order ahead!

My daughter who loves Moe's Southwest told me that we don't need to go there anymore. She had the burrito with the Beyond Meat. Fresh toppings, tomato, pico, avocados.
