Super cheap (15 pesos for the al pastor!) tasty tasty vegan street tacos. Lovely staff, great t-shirts and Proper!! and i mean proper, vegan donuts double the size of normal donuts for 30 freakin pesos.

Read moreThe tacos here are mostly based on mock meats. I think there were no options with vegetables or other more fresh and interesting ingredients. While the tacos were good, they were not particularly exciting nor memorable (we tried 6 different ones). If you are a foodie like me, you definitely won’t consider these as the best tacos in CDMX.
Note for spice lovers: their green chili sauce is fire 🌶🔥

In honor of National Taco Day, I’m going international by reviewing Por Siempre. Before Por Siempre, before vegan became mainstream, I did not know it was possible to eat vegan street food. Comes with your choice of toppings. I’ve tried both their food truck as well as their brick-and-mortar. I much prefer the truck. Aside from being open much later, the menu was focused on the tacos where Por Siempre really shines. Plus, nothing beats eating the best tacos in the world late at night on the streets of Mexico City.

There's a reason this is the first place I'll take people when they come to visit. Definitely get the horchata, grab an order of guacamole, and don't miss the opportunity to try their cheese (choriqueso or champiqueso and queso relleno are great!) My favorite meat I've had thus far is the cecina. Best order of frijoles I've tried in CDMX. You'll probably be full but don't forget to check the dessert case! Their breakfast menu is also epic, be sure to try their delicious cafe de olla!

One of the best vegan places in town for tortas and tacos. Of course there are fancier restaurants or places that make specific tacos or tortas better. But at Por Siempre Vegana you have everything in one place, a full options menu, good consistent quality food at correct prices. They also have a separate breakfast menu with a good variety of scrambled tofus.

I'm in love with this place! Fantastic vegan street food, it was hard to know where to start when faced with the menu. It's very extensive offering tacos, tortillas and bigger dishes, plus a range of desserts. I asked my waiter to pick for me and, oh my, I was not disappointed. Great taste, quick and friendly service and very good value.

Amazing vegan tacos, they come with fries and two salsas of choice. The costra was very tasty as well! When we went there, they had free refill horchata. Great service, delicious food, inexpensive - big recommendation!!
