Great bowls! - Edit

This Mexican place, inside an antique store is worth a stop! The seating area is lovely, and so is the food. There’s no vegan cheese, but the beans, rice, and veggies were more than enough with lots of guacamole (for free, bc of lack of cheese!)
Stop by on a Tuesday and hit the farmers market too!

Vegan Quesadila delight!!! - Edit

My husband and I stopped in Haliburton and discovered Poquito Loco, a great Mexican restaurant, tucked into Castle Antiques & Café (their order space is right beside the café inside the antique store).

I had an amazing quesadilla…so cheesy and full of delicious vegetables, rice, beans and vegan cheese…they were not shy with the cheese either. It was sooo filling and delicious. My husband ordered a small burrito and it’s a good thing because he could barely finish it. We will definitely be coming back again and again. And the cool thing is that they host musical artists about once a week or so in the evenings. What a cool place. So glad we discovered it.
