Great vegan burgers! - Edit
Pops Burger is a bit outside of Stuttgart but nevertheless quite popular (I think it's because of the very fair prices for the burgers). This is a chain in south-west Germany that always offers at least 2 vegan burgers, this one even has 3. Staff in this store was super nice. I ordered the peace burger (pea-protein & veggie patty, I believe) which looked and tasted like a beyond meat burger (not sure if they mixed or mistook the order, nevertheless it was very tasty). Drinks are pretty reasonably priced as well, only the sides are a bit pricy imo (small portion of sweet potato fries for 5,50€) but overall we had a pleasent time here and I wouldn't mind coming back to try the other vegan burgers.
