Great coffee shop with solid avocado toast. - Edit
Title says it all- not bursting with vegan options by any means but GREAT avocado toast which is plenty for me for a breakfast-lunch option to pair with a solid cup of coffee.

A few options - Edit
It's easy to make coffees/drinks vegan with a milk substitute, but they upcharge quite a bit, especially for oat milk. Their avocado toast is delicious (can add tomato and pickled red onion) and you can make some sandwiches vegan. The library location has a Vickers sandwich on a bagel with avocado, tomato and pickled red onion. They do not make vegan sweets, donuts, waffles or breakfast burritos which is a bummer.
