This is a pop up restaurant and I am so glad that we made it in time, since the restaurant is actually closing in one week. We ordered asian fusion and tex mex combos and both were very tasty. Hopefully, they will open their own restaurant in the future.

Came here looking for something a bit different and was delighted with our meal! It was a real range of flavours, with my partner and I sharing 6 small dishes between us, which we used to fill our pompidops (crunchy poppadom like shells). Really reasonable pricing and for the drinks there was the option of either soy or oat milk. Staff were super friendly. Couldn't recommend enough!

New and original concept, you need to "break" the top of the bread so that you can fill it with all the topping that you want. The breads are incredibly crispy and the toppings were great to eat. I ordered the asian fushion and al 3 toppings had a very different taste which add a lot more fun to your diner!

I went here after seeing all the good reviews, and it properly delivered. The woman working there was the sweetest. She greeted us kindly and apologized for the food taking a bit longer as she was by herself. They had also run out of two components of two dishes (which she said had never happened before), but she said she could replace them with something else if wanted. Really good service.
Read moreWe tried the stoemp and asian fusion fillings, and it was so tasty. The bread is crispy and the fillings have so many different and strong flavors. I particularly liked the mushrooms. The owner has had a dietician help with the menu so that the dishes are healthy and complete in nutrients. This is a great example of how (relatively) healthy food can taste amazing.

We're only in Brussels for a couple of days and are so glad that we chose to eat lunch at Pompidop! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the owner is so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the sweet curry and Asian fusion meals, though I'm sure all are great (if we hadn't been so full, I'd love to have ordered all the options!)

This is a pop up restaurant (so rush there before it closes). The concept: a range of toppings which are served with small flaky/crispy bread rolls. The toppings were very flavoursome and made with basic clean ingredients. Spoke to the chef/owner/founder, she clearly has great passion.

I *LOVE* that the owner has brought a truly new concept to the restaurant world. Filling up your own "dops" with the sides is fun and a great social activity for a group. I really hope the owner can open her own place in the near future!

The concept is awesome: little fried dough “plates” that you get to top with different things. There is a lot of variety and yet the tastes complement each other. It is fun and filling and the price is great. I love it because you order one thing but it feels like you are having 5 different meals. Go try it out! It’s awesome!

This was a great find on our first night in Brussels. The food was fun, healthy and delicious and we really enjoyed the local drinks. My 8yr old son loved it and ate lots. The owner was really friendly and gave us some good tips for things to do in Brussels.

En ze werken samen met lokale producenten: goede koffie van Corica op de Kiekenmarkt, lekker witbier van Anders uit Sint-Gillis.
