Lekkere pannenkoeken - Edit
Vegan opties maar staat niet duidelijk aangeven op de kaart. Naast pannenkoeken ook mogelijkheid tot het bestellen van bijvoorbeeld soep, deze wisselt vaak dus zeker even vragen of de soep vegan is.

Nice pancakes, enough options - Edit
We had a nice time at Polles Keuken. A busy day at de Efteling, but after a little wait, our group of 5 was seated. Enough options on the menu because you can mix and match all the vegan ingredients and ask for vegan cheese. I chose the chefs special with very tasty vegan chicken. However, the rest of the toppings (humus, salad) were a bit bland.

Happy there is choice - Edit
I’m already grateful that there is choice but the vegan batter isn’t the best, it’s quite tasteless. Toppings therefore matter. The vegan chicken they used was very tasty though. I ordered the vegan special and overall it was fine but not exceptional. I guess you can’t expect that from a pancake restaurant.

I had the cinnamon, apple and sugar pancake. If asked you get a vegan batter but would be better if advertised in the menu. The pancake was ok and does the job but nothing more

They have a separate kitchen voor vegan (they call it non lactose, non gluten, non egg) pancakes.
Read moreThey are very fluffy, but taste old and very chemically. No amount of powdered sugar and syrup could mask the stale taste.
4 stars because the options are there and how it is prepared. But it is so far one the worst pancakes to eat.

Amazing atmosphere - Edit
I love that they always have atleast one vegan pancake available. It is amongst the chef's specials, so it can change over time. Mine was a Dutch pancake with non-sweet unami topping.

I ordered a natural plant-based pancake. The server suggested adding strawberries, so I agreed. I used the powdered sugar and syrup that was on the table. It was not maple syrup, but it was adequate.
