It appears I'm only able to rate four stars. This restraunt is amazing. We ate downstairs in the more 'up market' section (I think they have a cafe also). There was a dedicated vegan menu. The service and food were exceptional. Every detail wowed us. We came here while visiting the garden and were casual walk ins. We have booked for dinner during our holiday and will have the multi courses with wine pairing. Just WOW!

Good food - terrible service - Edit
I went for the afternoon tea with some friends and liked the food a lot. However, the service was so poor it destroyed the afternoon for us. The personnel showed zero interest in taking our orders, were not helpful but plain rude and super slow. That was the case for getting the menu, placing orders for food and drink, asking for the bill and eventually to get back or credit cards.
