Amazing food, POOR management - Edit

I really liked the whole restaurant, the food, music and the location. Unfortunately the management is so poor I will never go back. I heard the owner yell at customers at one time cry at the bar an other.

I live in Adelaide and many have reported unpleasant behavior from the owner. Other staff have been amazing each time I went there.

I just don’t want anything to do with establishments run by someone who cannot reflect on their own bad behaviors and always blames someone else.

Pros: food quality, location, interior design

Cons: Owner, management, customer service

rude lady owner - Edit

i got taken there for my birthday for breakfast. and was served by the female she was very rude when i asked her about extras which they didnt have on the menu, and trust me im not a fragile person so by rude you have to be a real bitch! the food we had was average nothing wrong with it except a serious lack of options.
on the way home i read the reviews on google and there were many people saying how filthy the place was and overall had very poor ratings but when u check the facebook ratings it was 5 stars and clearly all their friends posting bias reviews. quite funy to see the direct contrast between bias reviews and then seeing what anonymous people really think. anyways hopefullythey read this and lift their game it doesnt cost anything to be friendly!

Cons: Expensive

Perfection in a great location - Edit

Wonderful stylishly decorated vego cafe in a great location King William Road. Pollen doesn't promote itself as a vego cafe but no omnivore would miss meat with this great menu. The owner is lovely and works away in her open kitchen creating all the yummy offerings. There are enough options to satisfy vegans. Only negative was a staff member recommending the bliss balls as vegan but they weren't (they were coated in bee pollen). They also serve great coffee.

Pros: Great location, good menu, Happy staff, tasty food, Ample Vegan options

Cons: No all day breakfast!

LOVE! - Edit

Catering to both Vegetarian & Vegan & could be responsible for conversion of any meat eating cynics

Beautiful Jyoti & her sublime menu offerings. Jack on beveridges, GREAT coffee, richly brewed chai or fresh juices
Portions are generous & filling, an inviting space, warm & friendly service.

My new favourite place in SA
Drove across from Nth Adel every day during my SA stay to sample another menu item

Love your biggest Melb fan x

beautiful food - Edit

I had the avo smash, which had a hint of mint and pine nuts. Just beautiful. Lots of vegan options for breakfast and lunch. Some breakfast options only available until 11.30am. Will definitely be back.

Pros: nice location, raw desserts

Cons: a touch pricey
