A little sanctuary in Ito

It is very hard to find something vegan in Ito, so we tried this place, as it was recommended from our hostel. It is a sweet little restaurant, where you can sit outside or inside and at the bar. The cook makes the buckwheat-galettes (gluten-free) on the spot and there are four options. One option is vegetarian with the option to be made vegan. It tastes good! It is not something very special, but good and filling.
