An organic farm, nursery, and pizzeria that has a pop-up night on Fridays during summer, which includes an organic drink, access to the garden, all-you-can-eat pizzas, a dessert, local coffee and tea from the garden, as well as optional purchase of organic alcohol and alcohol-free drinks. Aims to present a journey of a plant-based ecosystem and inspire people to eat more ethically, travel more locally, spend less and become more climate-focused. Relocated from Ner-Voll 22. The popup experience at Polarhagen is a truly enchanting and unique experience. Everything wove together to create an unforgettable evening: the breathtaking and serene surroundings, the warm glow of the greenhouse after dark, the thoughtful simplicity of the decor, Parsa's puckish charm, the best pizza I have ever tasted in flavour combinations I never could have imagined and created with the highest quality fresh ingredients, and the feeling that you are returning to a simpler less hectic time. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit on a regular basis.

An amazing evening with great people. Parsa and his family have something truly special cooking in Lofoten. Delicious food in a beautiful setting surrounded by great company. What more can you ask for? Would come back again and will definitely share with anyone I know who is planning a trip to the Lofoten Islands to incorporate this as part of their planning.

Amazing pizza and experience - Edit
We did the pizza pop up dinner. Upon arriving at the greenhouse, we were greeted with a custom cocktail (N/A option) with homemade ingredients. We then mingled with the other guests and wandered the grounds. Dinner was a nearly constant stream of the best vegan pizzas I’ve ever tasted. 6 varieties in all. Each with amazing taste and presentation. Also a great dessert! Midnight sun from the grounds was beautiful!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered the Polahargen farm during our Lofoten holidays. The popup night was truly the highlight of our trip. Parsa’s pizza surpassed all expectations and is easily the best we've ever tasted. His positive and welcoming energy and all the nice people we’ve met made it an unforgettable evening. We will definitely come back! Make sure to book as soon as possible to get a seat.

Me and my wife joined a Pizza Popup Dinner and were overwhelmed of this fantastic place. The pizzas were very delicious with very tasty ingredients. The farm is very nice situated and the greenhouse gives a very cozy feeling. The host are very friendly. We had many inspiring discussions with Parsa, Lisa and other guests. A highly recommended place to visit, be and enjoy. Many thanks for the unforgettable night.

Fun evening with options to taste all 7 different vegan pizzas at this unique organic farm venue. Our hosts were sweet and very knowledgeable about conscious eating and living in harmony with the land. All pizzas were super yummy. With fun delicious beverage and dessert included.
