Loved the build your own option at this place. I had the Pokerrito which is a cross between a burrito and a sushi roll. The build your own option allowed me to be able to make sure it was vegan. This place also indicated which sauces were vegan as well as which were gluten free with clear labelling.

Pros: Clear labelling for vegan and gluten free, Fast service , Able to watch them make your food
