Great find

Nice small restaurant with a few vegan and gluten-free options to make a decent filling meal. It is a "Chipotle style" make your own.

Pros: Vegan options, Gluten free options, Fresh options with great flavors

Cons: Tofu could be flavored or marinated for better fla, Offer sauce sampling and advice sauce pairing, More vegan, gluten free options
