I can't believe it's vegan! - Edit
I've had the pleasure of trying a lot of vegan (and non-vegan) baking in my travels and hands down Pogona nails it! You could taste a non-vegan cupcake as well as one of theirs and I swear you would not be able to tell the difference! Others can be too dry or too dense... Pogona's are perfect! And their doughnuts! Argh! Just as light and fluffy and flavorful as your favorite non-vegan doughnut chain! Vegan doughnuts don't have to be dense or heavy! Love, love, love, Pogona!!
