Classic poffertjes - Edit
First time having classic, Dutch vegan poffertjes that I didn't make myself! Staff didn't hesitate when I asked about vegan poffertjes and immediately offered vegan butter. When they brought the order steaming hot to the (outdoor) table, she confirmed it was vegan butter without being asked. Poffertjes were hot and tasty but several had a slightly burnt aftertaste, perhaps the grill was too hot. That said, I still very much enjoyed them.
