Cool Cafe and Store - Edit
We stopped by Pocono Organics for lunch one day and breakfast the next since it was one of the few places with vegan options near our resort. Everything in the store looked great and there was plenty of seating for the cafe. I had the Quinoa bowl made vegan the first day. It was good but a little lacking in flavor. For breakfast I had the Mushroom Biscuits and Gravy which is already vegan and a peanut butter smoothie made vegan. I highly recommend both!! Both super flavorful and huge portions for the price!

Great market to refuel your veg - Edit
Great market with lots of organic local vegetables and products. The garlic is spectacular and something I've never seen before (small bulb, single clove). We didn't have time to try the cafe but it has several vegan options that looked very enticing.

Pocono Organics has some great vegan/vegetarian options! Chopped Chef champion Lindsay McClain makes recipes that can easily be veg friendly. They have vegan ginger molasses cookies, smoked mushroom sandwich, multiple salads, vegan hummus bowl, vegan jar salads to go and vegan avocado chocolate pudding that are all delicious!
