delicious haven - Edit
This little place is not so easy to find as its down a small street with a metal sign on the door. Once inside its a lovely little garden with a friendly staff and very tasty vegan, macrobiotic dishes which are all clearly labeled and tasted great! We had the sushi, soup and veggie burger and I'd say the sushi was our favourite. Home brewed kombucha also!
Pros: good garden, fresh food, clear labels
Cons: hard to find

Whole foods oasis in HCMC :) - Edit
Ploughman's Garden is down a narrow street in D2, perhaps a little hard to find (both times I've gone the taxi driver has gotten lost), but once you find it, it's all worth it!
Located in a lush garden, it feels like you are dining in someone's backyard, it's very cosy and inviting, and the Japanese woman who owns the place is so friendly and cooks the food with such love and care. The smoothies are so good and all made with nut milks (possibly homemade?) and I recommend the cacao one, it's delicious! The garden plate, which comes with veg sushi, mash potato, salad and samosa is a very light, but substantial lunch and the people I've gone with a few times have said that the curry is great, too. It is quite far from the city centre, but well worth going to for the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the centre and for the fresh, wholesome food on offer :)

Not Vegan! - Edit
As the other review states it's a nice place with good food with more of a wholefood angle than other An Chay places in HCMC but it's not vegan. They use eggs sometimes. 1 dish can be ordered without the egg but the chef told me they use egg to bind the tofu in the tofu burgers. This ain't good as it is not mentioned on the menu.
Pros: ambience, food quality, wholefood
Cons: a bit expensive, portions not that big , they use egg in some dishes
