Great pub - Edit
Great pub right in the South Down's Way. Always has several vegan options, including a Sunday roast, that change regularly. Food is good, not spectacular. Staff are fantastic.

Dog friendly and sunny beer garden - Edit
My family and our dog really enjoyed this pub. Exactly what we were looking for! Hoped for a sunny spot to have lunch and shelter from the wind and found this great place. Friendly staff, tasty starters with nice dips. The vegan mea I had was average (had the falafal burger) and was a bit on the dry side but all in all a very nice spot and good place to eat.

Friendly village pub, Vegan Options - Edit
Lovely pub in country village location. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Not far from Friston Forest for walk after meal. At least two vegan options in starters, main and desserts. I had a lovely fresh risotto and my companion had gnocchi. Eating area busy with large family groups when we were there half-term lunch.

So friendly! - Edit
The staff are unbelievably friendly, especially the landlord who was so great at accommodating our vegan, GF diets. We were able to sit inside with our dogs, or we could have sat outside in the beer garden. We shared a few different dishes between the two of us and thoroughly enjoyed it. Really great to find a local pub that offers more than salad for vegans, and is so dog friendly :)

Cons: GF bread not VG friendly (not sure about buns), Unclear on menu what the VG roast option is
