Waffles for breakfast! - Edit
Breakfast at plaza inn is something I look forward to when visiting Disneyland. Always a wonderful treat

Lunch/Dinner Options - Edit
The penne pasta with tomato sauce is vegan (hold the cheese.) When I went the breadsticks were not vegan so they gave me a side of baby carrots and applesauce. Kind of expensive but if going to Plaza Inn with others it was a very filling choice. I added a side salad and pack of crushed red peppers to my penne, and it was quite good.

Minnie’s breakfast buffet - Edit
The chef came out and provided us with a tofu scramble, Mickey waffles and pancakes. The best breakfast buffet we did on our trip (of 3). Plus fruit.

Basic but not bad - Edit
I went for lunch so they did not have the waffles or hashbrowns. Canteen style restaurant, pick your food on a tray and pay at a counter, seat yourself. You can build your own pasta so select the sauce and ask for no cheese. I had a pasta with tomato sauce which was pretty good. I don't remember any other veg options.
