Love the atmosphere /music

Seated quickly, they give complimentary chips and salsa. Waitress was super sweet. They have an extensive menu yet there is only one option listed as being fully vegan which is the vegan bowl. So easy to veganize that is absolutely ridiculous there is only one fully making option. However, in the description it just sounds mediocre but it's actually very tasty. It would be especially nice if the used a vegan sour cream on top and if I were to come here again I would definitely bring my own.

That one vegan dish they offer is a solid four stars but the restaurant overall would only get three stars since they have no other vegan options available. While it's nice there is one thing, if this restaurant were a favorite for company lunches I would be limited to that one item every single time.

Considering they offer a vegan cheese they should do a small section that has substitutes. The soy meat they use in the vegan bowl can easily be used in many of the other dishes that they have. The vegan cheese is a direct substitute for the dairy cheese, it would cost them pennies to make an easy vegan sour cream from very basic items. I just feel that a restaurant like this should be able to have these items on hand because for one there are no animal products in the ingredients list so therefore they will last significantly longer if sealed and put in the fridge and since they are so cheap to make it's not like it's an crazy added expense for the restaurant. I would just like to see some restaurants try harder for the money we are spending in these establishments.
