Potential - Edit
This place has loads of potential. The potato and leek soup was nice but needed a little more flavour. The gnocchi tasty but a little rubbery. The star was the koffman chips, hot, fluffy, crispy, just delicious. Excellent service.

Super afternoon tea - Edit
We were lucky enough to have the entire place to ourselves for afternoon tea on a rainy November Tuesday. The service was great, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food itself was excellent, a nice selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Would eat here again.

Limited option, but great food - Edit
Just one vegan option for mains in the lunch menu, which is the veggie option wild mushroom tart, minus the goats cheese. It was so tasty and presented beautifully. It is a lovely well-presented restaurant with extremely friendly staff.
