Vegan Asian-fusion restaurant Est. April 2025. The name, "Plantude," is a combination of the words plant and attitude. Serving plant-based dishes such as fried assorted mushrooms with tofu, ragu rigatoni pasta, and flying eggplant vegetable curry. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Yummy desserts and teas, but pricey!

While shopping in the area, I stopped by to order something light, and chose a tea and their chia seed pudding with jam.
The pudding was really delicious and hit the sweet spot just right!
It was a bit expensive for the small size (5,900), but it was super yummy.

I noticed the variety of options and there is quite a few meal choices, both Korean-based and Western-style so I will try to come back and try some the next time I am in the area.

Also, I was hoping to order one of their lattes, but they are all coffee-based. I was hoping for a tea-based one, but there isn’t one on the menu. At least four coffee latte options, though!

Pros: Tasty , Lots of options , Good variety of Korean and Western food

Cons: A bit expensive , No tea lattes
