Oasis of Tranquility

We have just had a delightful weekend at Planted. Our host Keely, was super friendly and very helpful with tips on places to eat and anything else we needed to know. The Studio is very cosy with the biggest comfiest bed! Everything was spotless, the shower was stand alone which suited me perfectly as I have mobility issues.

There was an ample welcome pack of superior quality vegan goodies. We also had our own garden with table and chairs where we could sit and relax among the herbs and shrubs.

Planted is in a perfect location in Cornwall. St Agnes is a very pretty village with a fine selection of shops and places to eat. The local bakery offers a good selection of vegan products.

After a day out we were greeted by Eric, Keely's cat, on our return, which was lovely.

Pros: Excellent value for money, Super location, Spotlessly clean

Perfect, cosy holiday

This is a gorgeous place to stay in a great location.

Everything has been thought of to ensure you have all you need, with a lot of attention to detail. Keely is a fabulous host, being available if needed but also leaving you alone to enjoy your holiday.

The bed is comfortable and huge. With the high ceiling, despite it being a warm few days, we slept really well.

The kitchenette is small but had room for everything we needed. The welcome breakfast pack is filled with great quality food, both locally sourced plus a few vegan classic treats!

It was wonderful to shower with soft water! The bathroom, like everything else, was spotlessly clean.

The private garden area is a lovely, sheltered little afternoon suntrap, full of lots of gorgeous flowers and flowering herbs.

Eric the cat was a very friendly neighbour too 💚

I'm adding a couple of pictures of the entrance as despite the detailed instructions, we drove past it twice and missed it! So for anyone else as challenged in finding places, hopefully they'll help!

We'll definitely be heading back to Planted next time we visit Cornwall.

Pros: It's all wonderful.

Calm and cosy seaside retreat

What a gorgeous vegan studio! The bed is *super* comfy, we slept so well. The little garden area is very peaceful and perfect for morning coffee, a glass of wine, or a BBQ. We also fell in love with St Agnes - Keely will provide excellent recommendations but highlights for me were a vegan cheese pasty from St Agnes Bakery and a takeaway lunch from Canteen Cornwall (I'm not sure if their veggie option is always vegan so worth calling ahead) which we ate on the beach at Trevellas Cove. Ooh and it's a bit of a drive but Potager Garden is well worth a visit!

Pros: Vegan breakfast goodies, Lovely hosts, Comfy bed

Cons: The kitchen is minimal but we enjoyed eating out!

Amazing place 😍

I have stayed at Planted a couple of times and it is Amazing.

A secluded area to stay with everything you could need on your doorstep.

Keeley is a great host who is available for advice and help when Needed but not intrusive.

Vegan food at every corner and amazing locals about to help whenever needed.

You could not wish for a better base to explore Cornwall X
