Fully vegan cafe, hearty portions - Edit
Cafe tucked away, quiet within the cafe, with relaxing music. Lots of vegan options, breakfast all day, lunch and bigger plates.
Read morePortion sizes big, really filling and hearty. We had the toasties, pickle and mustard and spinach, non chorizo, both amazing. These cheese melted so well. We went back for breakfast the next day and had the breakfast ciabatta, the eggs were the best we’ve ever had! Took some cake home, chocolate and orange is like Jaffa cake. Almond is like a cherry Bakewell. Will deffo return if in the area. Chai latte also lovely.
Only thing I don’t like is the offer cows milk and charge 30p for vegan options, clearly to please the non vegan crowd and oldies. Stick to your morals and be vegan/ plant based.
Pros: Fully vegan , Hearty portions , All day breakfast
Cons: Sells cows milk, really don’t like that, Pricey but worth it

Absolutely sensational food with large portions - Edit
We came here twice on a holiday to Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon/Leamington Spa and it was one of the highlights of the whole trip. My fiancée said the torpedo marinara sub was the best sandwich she has ever had. The crunchwraps also excellent - anything that cashew cheese sauce touches turns to gold. Orange tofu also excellent (tofu really well marinated) cakes great (slices huge, be warned).

You made my day! - Edit
While visiting Stratford this weekend things weren’t going so well. I was struggling to find food I wanted and so I looked online. We’ve been to this locale before, but it was a few years ago and I wasn’t impressed, but the Plantarium Cafe is amazing. I like real vegan food, fresh and tasty with textures, colours and plenty of nutrition. I ordered Avo on toast, although I was a little suspicious of the charcoal bread. I didn’t need to be. The meal was bliss. The bread was crunchy and added texture. The avo was fresh and green. The peppers and red onion topping was bright, fresh and tasty. Even the side salad was good, flavoured with a little balsamic and crunchy with freshness. Good food makes me smile. Vegan food makes me smile. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think you’re a wonderful business and I’m very thankful to have found you.

Great vegan breakfast and went back the next day for gorgeous cake and tea - Edit
What beautiful folk...we couldn't decide between vegan BLT or an omelette, decided on BLT and then the chef (who had overheard us) surprised us with a smaller oomelette to try also 😀, what loveliness 🥰 and both dishes were gorgeous.

Everything I've had has been yummy! All dishes are made in-house too. The bacon sandwich and their omelet the best I've ever eaten! A very varied selection of food and drinks as well.

THIS PLACE ROCKS, YOU MUST VISIT - Edit
I don’t even know where to start… this place absolutely ROCKED my socks off!! 🎉 From the very first bite, I was blown away. As a vegan, I’ve tried a lot of spots, but this was next-level delicious – bursting with flavour, creative, and made with so much love.
Read moreEvery plate felt like a celebration – hearty, fresh, and downright addictive. I honestly wanted to stand on the table and sing about how good it was (don’t worry, I didn’t 😂).
If you’ve been searching for vegan food that makes your tastebuds dance, THIS is the place. Friendly staff, amazing vibes, and food so good it’ll have you planning your next visit before you’ve even left.
Run, don’t walk. Your soul (and stomach) will thank you 💚🌱✨
P.S will you guys marry me?

Perfect lunch spot, even better when the sunshine is out. Extensive menu and nice to see breakfast served all day. Cakes looked INCREDIBLE on the counter.
Read moreWe tried the shawarma, the red cabbage in it was really nice, portion was huge too. And the V-BLT but subbed for the charcoal bread and cheese. Equally as nice. And the balsamic glaze on the salad was the perfect bit of sweet with the savoury.
Nice to see a busy vegan cafe! Will 100% visit again if in the area ☺️
Pros: Dog friendly. , Good portion sizes. , Great menu choices.

Best meal in England - Edit
I was visiting England for 2 weeks and consider our meal in Plantarium as the best. We had Tomato and Pesto Toastie and Ooomelette. The Ooomelette was absolutely delicious. Best I must have ever had. We also had a cappaccino and chai latte. The chai latte was awesome. The portion sizes are huge and so did not have any space for the vegan victoria sponge cake which I heard some other customers say was the best they ever had. I also really liked that they charge extra for dairy milk. Really liked seeing that :).

Plantarium Cafe - Edit
I drove down from Nottingham to visit the Plantarium Café. After circling the town trying to find parking and putting £14 in the meter, I finally arrived — only to find a ‘closed’ sign on the door and a note saying they’re shut until 4th July for a summer break.
Read moreI’d checked HappyCow before setting off — it said they were open. I also checked their Facebook and Instagram accounts, both of which had recent posts and listed them as open today. No mention anywhere about a summer closure.
A quick update on social media would’ve saved a wasted trip. The lack of communication to me shows little regard for customers — especially those who’ve travelled to visit and support them.

Delicious spot - Edit
I got the lox toast which came with a fresh side salad! This whole dish was amazing, the olive oil topping on the toast with a big juicy lemon squeeze was refreshing for a day of walking around and seeing Shakespeare. The cakes looked great too but I didn’t get to try them this time. 4 stars because they serve dairy milk.

Fab little cafe - Edit
Called in for lunch with my wife. We shared the shawarma and the "cheese" steak. Both were great but the shawarma was definitely the best, I highly recommend that to everyone.
Read moreWe shared a slice of cake afterwards and it was absolutely huge. Really moist too!
We sat outside so I can't comment on what the indoor seating is like, but the outside area is nice. It's out of the way so there's not too much foot traffic going by, and open enough to catch the sun in nice weather.
Pros: Tasty food, Big portions
