Sabores que te hacen explotar de placer con cada una de sus creaciones.
Especial mención a Myriam que con su cariño hace que te sientas como en casa, creando al final una magia que te hará querer repetir una y otra vez.
Un lugar al que no puedes dejar de ir, porque es inigualable.
Enhorabuena al equipo Plantae. No hay nada igual en toda la isla.

La comida es INCREÍBLE, una carta súper creativa, con muchísima variedad, y de una calidad buenísima! Fuimos 4 personas, pedimos 5 platos para compartir y nos quedamos llenisimos, por un precio MÁS que razonable. Además el local es monisimo y la atención excelente! Recomiendo reservar con antelación porque no es muy grande y no quieres quedarte sin mesa!

I recommend this place a 100%! I went there for lunch and the food is amazing! I had the spicy canaries style black potatoes for a starter and it was really good. I was also really happy to test canaries speciality with a vegan version. My partner and I then shared the wild mushrooms lasagna and the wild mushrooms and garlic Mayo. They were both amazingly good! For a dessert, we had the chocolate and flower mousse, which was also great. The staff is really nice. Our flight got delayed by an hour and they were supposed to be closed, but we warned them and they were waiting for us and still served us outside their opening hours. If you visit La Laguna, you must go there!

Not your average vegan restaurant. High quality and unique dishes, was fun trying to figure out all the flavours. They try to source everything local (even the wine and beer, which were delicious), and gave us some tips on where to find the best local produce! Must visit in Tenerife.

We tried the Canarias' papas fritas, fruit ceviche, the fig tartare and the mushroom lasagna. Everything was tasty but special shout out to the fig tartare... It tasted so unique, almost chocolaty and peanuty... Never had anything like that before, definitely would recommend trying it.
They also have local/craft beers and wine from Tenerife -- which was a nice addition to the meal.
Totally would recommend!

Read moreI consider myself a foodie, I love eating and especially trying new foods, I have tasted local dishes all over the world, even after becoming vegan 7 years ago I was amazed, contrary to popular beliefs, by the variety of flavors I discovered.
While I enjoy food in it's simplest raw form or even just grabbing a bite from a street vendor, I also appreciate well prepared and thought plates and that is exactly where Plantae comes in.
This was without a doubt one of the best culinary experiences I have had in years!
The menu is updated regularly to include seasonal locally sourced ingredients.
I find it sad that wherever you go around the globe you see restaurants offering the exact same menus, you could easily order without reading anything as you already know those same plates, that is definitely not the case here.
Just reading the menu you understand how Chef Magec goes out of his way to create something new, an artist in the kitchen that wants you to try and taste something different, even the few well-known options are offered with enough twist in them to make them special.
The food is presented accordingly on the plate. When seeing and tasting it you feel the attention to detail that goes into it, the texture, cutting size, and softness of each ingredient is always perfect, together with the combination of chosen flavours it's magic happening in your mouth!
To get an idea of what I am describing see my photo of the figs tartare, something I would have never imagined eating one day but looked and tasted amazing.
Fideuá is a typical spanish noodle dish, usually overcooked. Plantae version had tiny noodles cooked exactly on point, the top part being slightly crispy, combining that dry crispness with a creamy vegan aioli sitting on it... blended wonderfully in my mouth!
The only downside I could think of is that portions are rather on the small side, but in all fairness this is perfectly normal: it's fine cuisine not mass produced food. They describe themselves as a Gastrobar which fits them well, a place you can go to enjoy locally produced wines and beers while ordering several different plates to try and share.
Plantae is a project owned by the couple running it that with much courage started during the pandemic, they make a perfect team and clearly put their hearth into it, overall I can recommend it and suggest you to go support it during these hard times.

Desde los tres tipos de pan con pesto que abren boca al entrante de hummus, todo está equilibrado en cantidad y calidad.
Su ensaladilla de aguacate y remolacha sorprende a la vista e impresiona al paladar.
Destacar su fideua de setas y alioli con algas: ¡exquisita!
(no hay palabras: hay que probarla).
Amabilidad, rapidez, buen ambiente, limpieza y simpatía completan una experiencia que volveremos a repetir.
Pros: Buena relación calidad-cantidad-precio, Simpatía, amabilidad y rapidez.

As the chef personally brought out dish after dish to our table, he took our pleasure-sensors onto greater and greater heights!! The dishes are innovative and made for tasting and sharing, not too big. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the aubergine. We loved the desserts because they weren’t too sweet, just perfect to feel the flavors of actual ingredients. We’ll definitely visit again.
