Tenerife's finest vegan food - Edit
I've been to Tenerife quite often as a vegan, and I found this place offering the finest, all-vegan food.
Read moreIt's located centrally in the city of La Laguna, which fortunately is pretty near to 'my' place in the North. You can eat at the restaurant, which is quite nice, or catch your order for take-away. They combine traditional local food (tinerfeno / canarian) with continental Spanish, tapas orientated, still you can enjoy a fulfilling three-course-menu here. Whatever you choose, you'll leave stuffed with richness and flavour. The service is excellent, there are lovely people running this place. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry, you'll get along with English (or just point at the dishes you want)...
Reserving a table or ordering is easy and promptly answered via IG / WA messenger. Be sure to check for their opening times, they do not open every evening and have two closing days.

La comida está bien presentada y es totalmente vegana. No hay nada de origen animal. Pedimos las arepitas de "mechada" y estaban muy sabrosas.
También, menciono especialmente la fideua de setas. Este último plato se llevó el corazón de toda la mesa.
Sin embargo, en mi caso, mis favoritos fueron los dumplings rellenos de setas bañados en salmorejo.
La atención es muy amable. Es un maravilloso sitio para disfrutar de comida 100% vegana.

Delicious food and excellent service. This place offers starters and tapas with more elaborate plates. We tried the canarian potatoes, canarian chickpea stew and fideuá, panacota for dessert. Also we tried the smoked house beer which was an experience! It’s perfect for a special occasion.

A Michelin star restaurant experience! - Edit
Super elaborated, interesting and delicious. They have a changing menu but everything sounded amazing. You really have the feeling of eating at a fancy, Michelin star gastrobar, although the setting is very casual and not stuffy or snobby at all! The price is a little more expensive than most, but we felt it was totally justified for that premium experience.

Absolutely loved the food served here and the chef and wait staff were so lovely, explaining all the dishes and recommending on our order. The food was ridiculously tasty - we had: bread and dipping sauce (pesto type thing that they gave me the leftovers of in a jar to take home), spicy canary potato, small wild mushroom fideua, kimchi fried gyoza and 2 beers for €32 and it was plenty between 2. The flavours were great and every dish was a delightful surprise. Would 100% recommend!

Somewhat disapointed. The food was good, but not exceptional, was overpriced, and the service was very pressured, despite the fact i was the only person in there. They brought the main before i had finished the starter, and were asking if i wanted sweet before i had finishd the main.

Truly delicious food and lovely service. Every dish was unique and the flavours were fantastic. Absolutely the best vegan meal we have ever had and just wish we had access to a restaurant like this at home. We felt it was well worth the 52 euros we paid for starters, main courses, desserts, wine and coffee for the two of us, particularly as they cannot seat many people at present due to social distancing. We hope the business can thrive in these difficult times and that we get a chance to try more of their amazing food on our next trip to Tenerife.

Sigo la evolución de Plantae desde el principio pero hasta hace unos días no había tenijdo la ocasión de disfrutarlo. ¡Qué maravilla! ¡No sabría por dónde empezar! Mis expectativas era muy altas y aún así las superó. Plantae se cuela por todos tus sentidos, ¡por todos! Se nota que lo que se "cuece" allí dentro se hace con cariño y entrega (tanto sus platos como la decoración y atención). No es para nada un vegetariano al uso, y puede incluso que se te olvide que estás comiendo sólo vegetales. ¿Recomendar algún plato? Imposible, porque cuesta elegir, y cuando lo haces y los pruebas te quedas con las ganas de saborear el resto. Felicidades a todo el equipo. Creo que la evolución en la que se hayan inmersos los llevará a un merecido puesto en la alta cocina.

Uno de los mejores restaurantes veganos en los que he estado!!! Comida muy, muy sabrosa y en las cantidades ideales, es increíble la combinación de sabores tan perfecta. Además, todo en un ambiente agradable, te sientes como en casa. Resaltar también al personal que fue encantador, especialmente una chica (no le pregunté su nombre por desgracia) que fue especialmente cercana y amable, un amor. Por supuesto, repetiré y recomendaré sin duda alguna!!!

Read moreWe shared a range of dishes between the two of us including the smoked avocado, canary style potatoes with aioli, confit baby aubergines, sea spaghetti, grilled vegetables, coconut foam and pannacotta. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavours were incredible.
They also have a really decent selection of wine and beer.
I’m not sure if it gets really but they have their WhatsApp number in their Instagram bio and were quick to respond when we asked to book a table so it’s probably worth booking ahead to make sure you can get in.
All in all this is probably one of, if not THE best, vegan meals I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention the prices are great too.

I have to admit that I'm not too keen on IG food (food that looks very good) but this place is really something else. Besides of being beautiful the food is really good and you don't leave hungry. As a matter of fact I had to skip the dessert because I was full.

La comida es excelente, el cocinero hace magia con los vegetales, en su mayoría de proximidad, al igual que toda la carta de cervezas y vinos. Eso unido al ambiente acogedor, la buena música de fondo y la simpatía y buen hacer del personal, convierten cualquier comida o evento, formal o informal, en una experiencia única, y a precios más que asequibles.
