Absolutely incredible - Edit
If you go to any restaurant in the area make it this one! The food is incredible and the service is also amazing.
Read moreWe shared a range of dishes between the two of us including the smoked avocado, canary style potatoes with aioli, confit baby aubergines, sea spaghetti, grilled vegetables, coconut foam and pannacotta. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavours were incredible.
They also have a really decent selection of wine and beer.
I’m not sure if it gets really but they have their WhatsApp number in their Instagram bio and were quick to respond when we asked to book a table so it’s probably worth booking ahead to make sure you can get in.
All in all this is probably one of, if not THE best, vegan meals I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention the prices are great too.

The restaurant doesn't exist anymore - Edit
Unfortunatly the Pantae Gastrobar closed its doors forever. I came all the way from Santa Cruz to La Laguna to eat here because I couldn't find any information about the shutdown on Happy Cow or Google.

Most of the time the restaurants serve burgers or pasta for vegans but this wasn’t the case here. Can’t picknout if the 6 dishes we had but one of them was Probably the best falafel we ever had!
Based on the looks of the restaurant you might walk past it but please don’t! Since the food is incredible!

Some small remarks:
- serving a few dishes at the same time would be better in our opinion
- the pastries with tofu were too greasy for us. Taste was excellent though
- the interior wasn’t the cosiest, but the food made up for that.
- the portions were quite large, we would have preferred to try an extra dish but were completely full after 4 portions.

Mi sensación fue de volver a mi época de tascas y tapeo por la laguna, pero con comida vegana. Volveremos a por la ensaladilla! Before you go, make a reservation or call! This is the best restaurant we've been to in Tenerife. The food is amazing. The tapas are actually normal sized dishes. Also, the starters are quite big portions. We had one starter and two tapas to share for two persons, which was enough. Staff is very friendly and competent.

The menu, flavours, ingredients combination and presentation are surprising and make a true gourmet experience. Really affordable for such quality (3 dishes, 2 deserts and 2 drinks for 46€). We visited after reading the reviews and can tell it was worthwhile the trip, although we were not in La Laguna. Better to call in advance and book a table (it already happened to us the day before that we arrived there and it was full).

The best restaurant we ate at! The staff are friendly, warm and professional. The chef is so talented, every dish we ate was delicious and a vegan fiesta! You can see that the chef has a passion for what he does. The prices are cheap, we are used to paying much more for such food. You must visit this restaurant.
