Amazing! - Edit
Ordered two bean and mushroom burgers with chips and corn - so good!! The spice mix and sauce on the chips was amazing. Burger was great with loads of good toppings. It’s in a lovely place as well with lots of cute stalls to mooch around whilst you wait. Would 100% recommend ❤️

Yummy! (But slow!) - Edit
Really cool to see an all vegan food truck! I got the tacos (they ran out of jackfruit, so I had “chicken mushrooms” instead- tasty) and my partner got the breakfast fajita! Both were tasty, but we definitely waited 30 min for the food.

Long wait time but good food - Edit
I had a nice meal from here when I was passing recently, but I've been past it several times when it was supposed to be open and it had been closed everytime with no warning.
Read moreI ordered 2 main plates, a side of fyshcakes and a drink and it took over 25 minutes to be prepared, which I wouldn't have minded if they'd told me it was going to be that long, but they didn't. I naively expected that it being a food truck, the food would come out quickly.
The staff in the truck were helpful and gave me an estimate when I asked (I was waiting in the rain!) but if you're wanting to grab something on your lunchbreak then there may not be enough time.
The food was well flavoured and really filling, but some of the descriptions are not necessarily accurate. The poke bowl was a delicious bowl of vegetables and plantain and breadfruit mash, but I wouldn't have called it a poke bowl. The gyro was lovely with seitan and veggies but none of it really blew me away. If you have a meat-eating friend and want some fast food type food then this might be just the place for you.

The park in which we are located is under construction and if we have to close because of construction issues we inform our patrons via social media every time.
Read moreOur food is a Bajan/Vegan take on street food here in Barbados and around the world based on the seasonal availability of items and local tastes. We specifically call it a "Bajan" Pok'e bowl because locals love items like breadfruit, mixed veg and pineapple, which were all included in the bowl with a chickpea "fish" burger.
As for the wait time, we always give a wait time for the food. On the day you came we had A LOT of customers and you would have been informed that there were a lot of orders ahead of you. And while we are sorry about the rain, we have no control over Mother Nature.
Our food is made to order and it does have to cook, so if you want to come and go immediately, our food truck is probably not for you.

Allison, the owner is such a lovely lady!! She creates the most amazing vegan burgers and sandwiches for you and has a variety of sauces to create your own unique custom sandwich.
