Raw vegan kitchen close to Nyugati - Edit
Plant Life Ételműhely is a raw vegan kitchen and shop located in the 13th district, close to Nyugati and Jászai. It is currently one of the few places in Budapest where you can get great quality raw vegan food, mostly made by local, organic ingredients. The kitchen makes raw vegan deserts and cookies that are also distributed to other places in Budapest like Madal Cafe. They also sell various organic ingredients from cocoa butter to dried sprouted buckwheat. Every Tuesday they serve raw vegan lunch too. From time to time Agnes Repka, the founder of Plant Life, also organises “cooking” classes to teach how to prepare raw vegan dishes and deserts. The passion of the kitchen members and the quality of the food prepare at Plant Life is unique in Budapest.
