Plant baz is awesome and their burritos are really cheap. Their burgers are delicious too and their “wings” are unbelievable. I usually stick to ordering the burritos since they’re huge and the cheapest option available. I’ve been here for dinner three times in the last week, I can’t get enough!

Finally late night vegan options - Edit
RVA VEGGIES: DONT LET THIS PLACE DIE!! The whole menu is vegan and there are so many items!! From my understanding, they have a taco/burrito/etc bar for most of the day, and then a “junk food” menu from 12-3 (am and pm). The junk food menu features several burgers and sandwiches, chikn’ drummies with many different glazes to choose from, and sweet potato fries or regular French fries. I had the farm burger and fries and it was BOMB. The burgers and sandwiches are kinda pricey, but you can get 3 drummies and fries for a little over $5!! This is definitely going to be a frequent spot for me and my veggie friends, especially late at night. Please give this place your business!!! You won’t regret it :))

Best casual vegan place in RVA. Although burritos are $7-8, theyre pretty huge and fill you up fast. I almost always go home with leftovers. Their vegan shrimp is the best shrimp I've had hands down.

we want here after receiving a 10% discount via email, and we did not regret it! we had not heard of it before as it is located in a bit of a secluded area, and the servers inside told us they are trying to drum up business to stay in RVA! their vegan meat options are plentiful and we really enjoyed getting to pick the toppings which were all vegan (of course!) beware - they do use Daiya brand cheese, which we do not prefer, as we usually go for Follow Your Heart, but their vegan sour cream was sufficient and great!!

Place is awesome. All the meat substitutes are tasty but I wouldn’t exactly say they mimic what they claim to be. But they’re still all so good. The queso has great flavor with a nice slight spice. I love their guac. They homemake most of their menu too.

Everything is vegan! They have 5 meat options, queso, sour cream, guacamole. Their portions are HUGE. I ate about 1/3 before getting full. I ordered the steak (texturized gluten). It was well seasoned and flavorful. If you have kids, most of the food is pretty spicy so be careful. SUPER yummy!! Fair price as well. I paid $23 (including tip) for two HUGE bowls with queso and guac.

So happy to have another vegan option in RVA! We sampled several of the meats and they were all delicious! Everything was fresh and the problem were friendly. Will be back!

The tacos and chips at this new plant based spot near VCU is awesome. Make sure you get the chips and queso and some pulled pork tacos. Everything here is plant based and tastes great, so you can’t go wrong.
