Ate here twice while in Santa Fe. Dinner, cheese enchiladas, cheese fries, and wedge salad. So good we went back for breakfast and had the quesadillas. Friendly staff, order was correct, and sauces are delish.

So many vegan options. I got pancakes, a breakfast burrito, breakfast quesadilla, and cheesecake. I didn't care for the pancakes as I found them too dense. Everything else was very good. I particularly enjoyed the vegan bacon in my burrito. The menu is diverse and it's hard to choose from so many great options. I would definitely go back.

While in Santa Fe it’s quite difficult to find an all vegan restaurant, but I found this place and it seemed quite nice. Although they only had one worker at the time I was impressed with the variety of food. I would’ve enjoyed my time more if the worker had gotten my order right, they messed up both my dinner and dessert.

We're passing through Santa Fe, and of course looking for the Vegan-Only establishments. This is one of two that exist here at the time (lots of veg options at other places though). We ordered online for take out and it couldn't have been easier. The food was ready promptly and packaged in compostable containers, A++++!

Great dessert, disappointing burger buns - Edit
It was great to have such a varied menu to choose from. I think we chose badly as we all had the burgers which were disappointing with gluten free buns. I think gluten free can be great and I don't normally shy away from it, but these buns were quite hard and detracted from the overall experience. The burgers were fine. Also had fries which were good and onion rings which were almost burned. However the chocolate mousse cake was amazing! I would choose from the Mexican or Italian menu next time.

They had 3 different menus. Mexican, Italian, and American. Haven’t seen a place with so many options. I got the Meatlover’s Pizza and she got the tostadas. Both were amazing!

Came twice, delicious food both times!! Mexican lasagna could have been a bit hotter in temperature. But the flavors melded nicely!

A definite must “go out of your way” trip is necessary to experience this one!!!
Oh, and be sure to try the blue cheese wedge salad!! You can’t believe that it’s not real blue cheese!!!

This food missed the mark for me in both flavor and texture. I ordered avocado toast and tacos. There were other things that caught my eye on the enormous menu, such as lasagna and mozzarella sticks that could be spot on. I’d give them another go!

We were craving for Mex food and found this 😍 Tje menu is amazing! You can choose your fav proteins, cheese, tortilla & sauces in the mex section. We took the enchiladas and they were extremely delicious. Will definitely come back here! Owner ans staff are both super kind as well.

It’s always great when traveling to find a vegan restaurant & it’s even better when the food tastes great as well. I had the quesadilla with the portabella fajita strips which was excellent. My husband had the Italian lasagna which he said was good as well. We shared a chocolate chip cookie ala mode & it was yummy too. We enjoyed talking with the owner.

Read moreThe flavors are phenomenal, the creativity of the chef is impressive, the variety of dishes to choose from is wonderful and the food was just sooooo yummy😄 We got the buffalo cauliflower wings and enchiladas with mushrooms, jackfruit meat and chorizo and everything was so tasty.
We also ordered a bunch of extra sauces to try on the side and they were absolutely delicious. There are so many epic sauces to choose from like BBQ, ranch, spicy… man they were good.
The head chef is a food scientist who has perfected the flavors he works with, even building upon family recipes he learned from his grandmother. He’s very friendly and generous and we enjoyed talking with him about his passion for the delicious vegan food he cooks. He used to make vegan cheese at Miyoko’s and he pays particular attention to perfecting flavors and spices.
The only real con is that the seating area to eat your food is just a few picnic tables under umbrellas outside by the parking lot, it’s not very flattering lol. And also, the food comes in takeaway boxes. But it’s absolutely worth it anyways, because the food is incredible!

The owner Frankie is such an awesome guy. We happened to stay at the hotel next store and randomly ended up here. Frankie welcomed us like a friend and blew our minds with the epic selection on the menu and his wealth of knowledge about food and ingredients in his meals. All organic, made from scratch sauces and cheeses, so many delicious options. We got the buffalo cauliflower and enchiladas and were blown away. Frankie hooked us up with lots of amazing sauces and even gave us coffee on the house. This place is so top notch. Only complaint is not being able to eat in and all the trash we had to use for take out.

We tried four dishes (chili con carne, tostadas, Buffalo wings, portobello fajita) plus dessert (churros) and it was all excellent. They guy running it is apparently a real food scientist, and it shows. Wish I lived closer to Santa Fe.

This is truly the best plant based restaurant I’ve ever been to. They have American, Italian and Mexican dishes so the variety is huge. I could seriously eat here every day.

I was most impressed by the quality of the vegan cheese at Plant Base Cafe, it was better than almost every other dairy substitute I've had. The menu has a huge amount of variety and it was all good - it didn't entirely wow us though, maybe because the day was extremely hot and we were extremely hungry. Portions were good sized but the prices seemed a little high. Carry-out only, although there are two picnic tables next to the building.

AMAZING VEGAN FOOD - Edit
I love this place!!! The food is so delicious and health conscious. I love that it is organic, soy-free, and gluten-free. The deserts are literally amazing and do not have any added sugar!!!! You honestly can’t even tell it’s vegan and there are so many options. It is one of the only fully vegan restaurants in Santa Fe. Oh and the owner is super cool. I highly recommend!

We hit the motherload of vegan deliciousness at Plant Base Cafe! We picked up the Mexican lasagna, Beyond meat burrito, french fries, caesar salad, and chocolate mousse cake. Their red and green chile sauce is perfection! Our entire meal was scrumptious and they don't skimp on portions, thery're HUGE. If you find yourself in Santa Fe do yourself a favor and eat here!
