A vegan/gluten-free food truck serving Mexican food. Appetizers may include "atún terrestre" made of white beans, garbanzos & algae pieces mixed in with orange juice (accompanied with corn chips). Other items are corn chips with pico de gallo & refried beans, enchiladas, chilaquiles & tacos as mains. Extras are coconut bacon, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, cashew-based sour cream, pumpkin-based 'cheddar' cheese, sprouts, sauteed vegetables. Desserts include 'Brochoco Nice Cream' which is a banana and cacao-based chocolate ice cream on a bed of walnut, cacao and date brownies, with coconut milk, coconut cream and cacao caramel with almonds on top.
