Impossible Burger FTW - Edit
Although this restaurant was a bit hard to find (such a large mall) it was worth the search to get the Impossible burger. It was easy to ask for it to be made vegan with no egg or cheese and it was delicious.
Read moreFriendly servers, clean comfortable environment. A little spendy for a burger with no fries (88 RMB) but when its the only place you've found this particular veggie burger in China, you're willing to pay a bit more. We went back a few times before we left Shenzhen! So yummy!
For anyone trying to find this restaurant. It is near the food court area with the Starbucks. Across the street from KFC and Pizza Hut.
Pros: Impossible burger, Easy to make items vegan
Cons: A bit pricey, No vegan desserts

Not impressed - Edit
Unlike other reviewers, I was not impressed at all by this place. While the decor and concept are fancy, the execution seems to me lackluster. One issue: not all the items on the menu are described in English. Inexplicable, some are and some are only in Chinese. As a result, I ordered a tofu dish and then found out that it had egg inside. That was an unpleasant find. The other items were OK, but nothing to write home about, particularly at those price points. Finally, the place lacks a toilet, so if you need to use one, you'll have a looooooong walk around into the mall, up to the second floor and then following the signs. All in all, not a great experience. I will not be repeating.

Cons: Lack of clarity on menus, Food just OK, No toilet facilities in the premises

Very trendy! - Edit
I ordered the vegan version of the Impossible Burger and a coffee. It was good, but it took a VERY long time. The staff was super nice and very apologetic about the wait, but I did wait nearly 2 hours for my food because the chef forgot to make the first order, then he put egg & cheese on the second order. My non-vegetarian friend ordered the eggy cheesy Impossible Burger and said it was really tasty. They both come with french fries. The atmosphere is trendy and it has a central location at Costal City. Next time I hope to try one of their many other vegan options.
