Ordered impossible burger with sauted mushrooms, onions, and avocado on a gluten free bun. It was a solid vegan option butnot running out to order it again!

My family is not Vegan so I used the referrals here on Happy Cow to find it. To find a place with vegan options. I thought they had the Impossible burger, but due to its popularity they no longer carry it. They now carry the UNCUT Before burger created by Before the Butcher which was amazing.

Impossible Burger - Edit
I like that you can swap out any burger for the impossible burger, makes it seem like they have a lot of options. Heads up though, they have meat hooks for decoration everywhere on the inside. Food is great but it could ruin the experience for some.

I got the impossible burger “in the grass” which means over lettuce. They let you customize it with whatever veggies you want. And an excellent bourbon menu, just know the good stuff isn’t listed

The veggie burger here was always delicious and vegan, and now they also have the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER!!! It's soooo gooood! I recommend getting it on the pretzel bun with extra pickles and side of tots.

Amazing Veggie Burger(s) - Edit
Recently the took the "Guiltless Greek" veggie burger off their menu- I need to call to find out WHY?!?! It was SO delicious! Breaded eggplant on a bun with some fabulous sauce... yum!

You can see the ingredients. It is delicious. We go pretty often.
I love that I can still eat something so good with my non-veg friends.
Oh! and try their "green fries"! They are green beans and SOO good!
(I am only giving 4 stars because I miss the Greek burger)
