Best tofu - Edit
Waitress said the mushroom noodle soup was vegan, and the marinated tofu, tofu skewers and wheat skewers so we had one of each and the juicy tofu skewers might be the best tofu I’ve had!! So soft inside but crispy outside and the chilli oil was so so tasty, we ended up ordering more since they’re only about 80p! Highly recommend

Noodle restaurant with vegan options - Edit
There are not many vegan options in the airport so we were delighted to discover the vegan options at Xiao Noodles. The staff pointed out the veggie options for us and were very helpful. We got the soy noodles and tofu skewers - they were amazing!! Also there are free sides, snacks, water, and even stain remover available. Just a great spot in the airport.
