Excellent Vegan Pizza and Beer spot - Edit
We had a little trouble finding the spot as we went to Dark Sky Brewing first and realized the pizza place is on the backside with a small bar inside. They do operate as two places inside one so you get separate tickets for your beer and pizza. Cooking the pizza in a wood fire oven with cashew cheese makes this pizza the best!

Sure, it’s a bit on the pricier side. But the pizza is delicious and worth the cost. They also have vegan gelatos, but I was too full to try them.

Expensive and limited options, but good - Edit
The menu was extremely limited for vegans. They only had one pizza with a couple of toppings to choose from. The pizzas are 12" and cost $12. Then, each topping is $3 additional. We ordered one pizza with cashew ricotta, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. It was not enough for 2 people and cost $26 with tip.

That said, the (small) pizza we ate was very tasty and the wood fired crust was delicious. The cashew ricotta was very good.

Get the vegan gelato! - Edit
They have two vegan flavors of gelato. We got the coconut banana chocolate with cardamom and almond. It was better than gelato in ice cream places. Must try!
