Great Food! - Edit
I had minestrone soup and the veggie Timpanini with vegan cheese added. The waitress also was knowledgeable enough to mention the crust normally was prepared with an egg wash but it could be omitted.

The owner was very welcoming. Not sure if it says so on the menu, but when we asked he said they have vegan cheese available and most of the soups are vegan. We were hungry after our visit to the Sequoyah Birthplace museum and this place surpassed our expectations.
