Delicious pizza - Edit
This restaurant and pizza parlor has a separate vegan menu, with really nice pizzas, as well as traditional local vegan dishes and a vegan dessert changing daily. The pizza dough can be chosen among a few options such as wholemeal wheat, spelt, wholemeal rice, rye and millet, and hemp.
I had "La Zappa" with hemp dough and topped with vegan mozzarella, tofu, and lots of veggies. Delicious and very easy to digest.
Pros: good choice of vegan food, inventive pizza doughs
