Typical Fainè Sassarese - Edit
Never tried it but the place seems to be quite authentical with lots if locals ordering food. It is not labelled vegan. Takeaway but with places to sit inside. You can order fainè in differnet sizes but the small ones is quite a lot!

Delicious typical faine - Edit
Small place that offers take away faine, a typical dish of Sassari, which is made of chickpea flour, olive oil, water and salt. Here you can find faine with mixed veggies and only onions! Absolutely delicious!
