Mozzarella vegan! - Edit
The first place in Ferrara to offer vegan mozzarella as a pizza topping!
Read moreTheir vegan mozzarella is really good, and they’ve got other vegan options on the menu too. I have to say, they’re very thoughtful, from the complimentary starter to the dessert.
Only downside: the price. Vegan mozzarella doesn’t come cheap here, but it’s worth it every once in a while.

Nella sezione “pizzeria”, Oltre ad una pizza disponibile a menù dedicata (piena di verdure grigliate e mozzarella vegana), la mozzarella vegetale è disponibile da poter essere sostituita in qualsiasi pizza!! Nella sezione “cucina” cucina invece c’è disponibilità un hamburger con Beyond meat, formaggio vegetale e maionese vegetale.

I've had a pizza "margherita" but with vegan cheese instead of mozzarella (it's not on the menu but you can ask for it), and vegan sorbets as dessert, and water.
