My partner had a tasty bruschetta ai funghi for starters which was fully vegan. Then for mains we had a marinara and truffle pizza with ‘Veganarias’ vegan mozzarella. You can add normal mozzarella instead but this specific one is made in Madeira and is local. Food was fantastic.

We had the Marinara and picked our additional toppings. They have vegan mozzarella and various veggies. The bruschetta funghi (without parmesan) was good as well. Staff incredibly friendly. Will come back!

We had dinner here 3 times during our 10 night stay. We found this place when we were in Madeira last year. The bruschetta is so good, definitely one of the best we’ve had. The pizzas are amazing, great base and lots of options for toppings including vegan cheese. Restaurant looks good and is popular with the locals, which is always a good sign

Delighted to find Neapolitan pizza in Funchal (my absolute favourite). Pizzeria Lume didn’t let me down! I got a marinara and added some red onion. The sauce was a perfect balance of sweet & salty. My partner added olives to his marinara and was equally pleased. Nice venue with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Would definitely return.

I found this place with this app and it was such a good choice. There is a basic vegan pizza in the menu (with tomato sauce, basil, garlic) but you can create your own pizza with your favorite ingredients. They also have vegan mozzarella. The pizza dough is so crazy good. Tasted like real Italian pizza. The size is also very big.

The pizza was really delicious and the vegan cheese was awesome! The staff was also super friendly! We highly recommend to take the vegan pizza and put all the other stuff on it, because we took a non vegan pizza and changed the dairy and meat stuff with vegan things and payed extra for the vegan cheese!

O queijo da pizza vegan foi colocado aos cubos ou no final e por esse motivo não derreteu o que foi uma pena...
A pizza estava à mesma boa mas faltou para mim aquele elemento de ligação dos restantes ingredientes com o queijo vegan.
O restaurante não tem muitas opções vegan.
O valor do queijo vegan foi cobrado à parte e não deu para simplesmente fazer uma substituição do queijo convencional para este.
Alguns espaços já permitem fazê-lo e isso sim é um passo rumo ao futuro😉
