Paper thin crust pizza with vegan cheese

This isn't your average americanized pizza joint. This is more authentic Italian style pizza. Paper thin crispy crust. Local organic produce is used in the salad and toppings. They also can make any pizza vegan by substituting the cheese for vegan cheese and omitting meat. Their red sauce is the only vegan sauce and they do have 2 pastas that are vegan(red sauce and a spicy red sauce) if you just leave off the parm topping.
