Horrible customer service - Edit
They do have many vegan options and I have ordered from them before but one time my order was late two hours so naturally, I wanted to cancel it, the person on the phone was lying that my order was on the way and when I called to cancel it. He yelled at me and hang up. I had to contact the app which I made the order from in order to get my money back. Of course my order never came. I understand that some days might be busier than others, but lying is never an excuse, especially being yelled at.

Bestellung nicht immer vegan - Edit
Positiv:
Read more- Ich finde es super, dass es in Hagen eine Anlaufstelle für vegane Pizza und Pasta gibt. Das vegane Menü ist groß.
- Die Mitarbeiter freundlich
Dafür gibt es jeweils einen Stern.
Negativ:
Es ist jetzt das zweite Mal (mit vielen Jahren Abstand dazwischen), dass wir alles vegan bestellen und die Unvegane Variante erhalten.
Zudem werden Extra-Zutaten bestätigt, berechnet aber dann trotzdem mehrfach vergessen.
Achtsamkeit und Mühe geben ist bei Bollywood leider nicht vorhanden.
Da es nicht das erste Mal war und wir keine Lust mehr auf Fleisch oder tierischen Käse auf unserer veganen Bestellung haben, kommen wir leider nicht wieder.
Geschmacklich haben uns die Speisen leider auch nicht überzeugt.
Schade.

A restaurant that serves Indian and Italian food. There are a lot of items marked as vegan, which are all very delicious! Yet everything is a bit expensive...
