Tasty pizza 🍕 with vegan potential 🌿 - Edit
The menu doesn't really have vegan options marked but you can make any vegetarian pizza vegan by asking to remove the cheese. That's what I did, asked for a veggie substitute instead and was extremely pleased with my selection. Highly recommend the special dough for €2 extra. Seating fee is €4 added to the bill. Overall great pizza best I had in Tuscany.

Tasty Pizza even without cheese! - Edit
The marinara is full of flavour, just showing what can be done with simple ingredients if you know what you’re doing! We also had the vegetariana without cheese, but it was so generously topped that we didn’t feel we were missing anything.

Since Siena doesnt offer any pure vegan options we chose this place near our bus stop.

The different dough options are great - we tried the pumpkin and the cereal version.
Best pizza I’ve had so far in Tuscany.
At the end we were satisfiedand the price was relatively cheap compared to Florence or Pisa.

The service was good, location was fair, but food mediocre. Unfortunately, pizza had a bit of rancid oil on it, and taste was bland. Very limited vegan options.

the pizza is very delicious. bruschetta pomodoro is vegan, grilled veggies also. they have special dough with different seeds (f.ex. chia). they are very open and flexible when it comes to questions about ingredients. also not expensive.

Great pizza in Siena! Their specialty is the unique variety of pizza dough/crusts — spelt, wheat, seed mix (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, etc.), and other varieties. Pizzas and toppings can easily be made vegan. Cute atmosphere at the steps (“alle scalette”) coming down from the piazza, just a few steps from the bus station.

Showed up before the dinner rush and ordered the marinara pizza with extra veggies on top. Staff was happy to accommodate a vegan request. They have unique pizza doughs - I ordered the seed variety with pumpkin, seeds and cereals. Easily the best pizza crust I have ever had, including those before I was vegan! A must have in an area with few vegan options.
