Yummy but expensive pizzetta

This pizzeria normally only has a few vegan options however when they are unavailable they happily offer to cook a specialty made pizzetta. I got a pizzetta rossa with olives & onions which was delicious.
However they did not inform me that each topping is 1€ which is expensive for vegetables. Also, they could definitely benefit from having vegan options that aren’t just vegetables such as vegan meat & cheeses.
