Die Pizza war wirklich unglaublich lecker, mal was anderes mit Spinatboden und Hummus als Soße. Super Service und schönes Ambiente. Pizza kam schon nach 10 min!

My best pizza ever - Edit
There is only one pizza labeled as vegan, but it's definitely worth a try if you are in Krk town. Pizza Verde means a pizza dough with spinach in it. Instead of tomato sauce they put humus on the pizza and this is a very delicious idea! They don't use vegan cheese at all, just vegetables like mushroom, zucchini, caramelized onion, fresh tomatoes, fresh arugula and tofu. (I hate vegan cheese, because it's mostly made from coconut oil, tastes awful and it's so unhealthy.) The pizza dough is very delicious and has a good texture.

Pizza verde vegana con impasto di spinaci, farcita con hummus, tofu e varie verdure. La pizza era molto gustosa, hanno due formati small e regular, ma il formato small è molto abbondante considerando anche che la pizza è ben condita.

Pizzeria at the seaside - Edit
There is one vegan pizza on the menu with hummus, tofu and vegetables on it. Tasted generally okay but a bit bland, towards the end I noticed that there is a piece of melted mozzarella on it. When asked, the waitress said it was something vegan melted. I almost ate it but then looked again in the menu, after there was only tofu, hummus and vegetables listed I asked again - after an initial 'can not be' she said she asks in the kitchen. It was real cheese and we were dispatched with a short clumsy apology.

1 vegan optie op het menu: pizza verde vegan. Een heerlijke pizza met dunne krokante bodem en originele ingrediënten zoals gerookte tofu en gekarameliseerde rode ui. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en je kan buiten op het gezellige terras zitten. Bij het terras zitten een aantal zwerfkatten die vriendelijk behandeld worden door het personeel van de pizzeria.

Delicious but limited vegan options - Edit
As already mentioned in former comments the one vegan pizza has interestings ingredients and doesn't taste like a standard pizza, it's very delicous and the small size was more than enough for me.
Read moreMy boyfriend wasn't so hungry and only wanted something small. They only had two salads, one with ruccola and tomatoes and the other one only with green salad. This was not enough and so he had to also take the pizza bread, which hadn't been the plan before.

They have one vegan pizza. The dough is made with spinach and hummus, which sounds really healthy and also tastes really good. Unfortunately instead of tomato sauce they use hummus, which takes away the classical pizza feeling, but is indeed very tasty. There are several Toppings but no vegan cheese substitute, all natural.

I’m afraid I didn’t really like it. Way too much topping and very heavy! If you do decide to have it, only go for the small one. They have tried to add all the vegan favourites, except no tomato base and it just doesn’t work. On a positive, the waitress was lovely and helpful and the restaurant is in a great location and was busy. My friend, a carnie, had the vegetable pizza and felt exactly the same as me.
