Labeled pizza vegan but told us it actually wasn’t - Edit
I saw on their menu that they called out a vegan pizza, so I went to try it. I also wanted to try the spaghetti so I checked with the staff if it was vegan/could be prepared vegan. They said all of their noodles have egg but that they could substitute the gluten free noodles which were vegan. I then ordered the pizza called “caponata vegan” but the waitress said the dough was not vegan. She said it also contained egg and that the pizza was called “vegan” because the toppings were vegan. Maybe she or the chef she talked to were just confused, but I was concerned either way, so I did not end up ordering it.

The vegan caponata pizza is good. It has a lot of eggplant and the pine nuts are a nice touch. I added chili oil and that was the right choice. There was also a vegan salad on the menu that was fine but not amazing. It’s a decent place if you’re eating with people who wouldn’t go to an exclusively vegan restaurant, which I was.

One labeled vegan pizza option. No fake cheese or meat though, so you’ll still be hungry. Crust was excellent and flavors good. They had a lentil soup that could be made vegan by omitting cheese and bacon. The soup was okay but too salty. Also service was super slow and not attentive to things like water. I would only go back if I was in the mood for a snack rather than a meal.

I got a vegan pizza to go. The atmosphere in the outdoor area where I went to pick it up was informal, pleasant, and had a good vibe. The pizza was ready quickly. The thin crust was excellent. Not extraordinary, but very good overall.

Nice atmosphere, flavorful food - Edit
I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant is small, but has a nice interior with large windows. I tried the vegan pizza and a white bean soup that was a special of the day, without the cheese that it normally came with. Flavors were good, but the food could have been cooked better. The pizza crust was so thin in the center that there was actually a hole in the center where there were topping only. In the soup, the beans were a little undercooked. The flavors were good enough though, that I would like to come back.

Good pizza - Edit
There was not much in town for vegan food. We looked at a lot of menus in the windows and chose this place. The server was friendly and knew what vegan was. We both had pizza and split a salad. Really good 👍🏼

I’m deducting one star because the restaurant has no vegan cheese available on pizza and no clearly marked vegan option.

In a town lacking many vegan options at all, this place came to the rescue.
Read moreStep one: Order the margherita pizza with no cheese.
Step two: ask them to add mushrooms, onions, arugula, peppers etc.
Step three: have them drench it in truffle oil.
Best vegan pizza I’ve eaten in a long time
Pros: Amazing tasting pizza, Really tasteful topping choices

Was going through the menu but didn’t see anything labeled as Vegan. However, I did see a lot of vegan options mixed with non vegan options on the pizza list. Head waiter was helpful in working with me to build a vegan pizza!
