Rapid-Fired Pizza, Chipotle-Style

Pizza is made in front of you, in a Chipotle-style line. At time of this review, unlimited veggie toppings can be added at no additional cost, including more premium ones, such as artichokes, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sundried tomatoes. Our household likes to start with the margherita, vegan cheese subbed for mozz, for the bases of our pies. Even with vegan cheese being a bit extra, it is a great value and fast service, though I wish they gave more vegan cheese. Pizzas are cooked in about 3 minutes.
